Somatic Psychotherapy for Adults & Couples
I blend verbal and non-verbal experiential methods to promote healing of the mind, body, and spirit by fostering a vibrant interaction between Inner Connectivity (the connection to one's authentic self) and Outer Expressivity (the outward expression of that authentic self). My approach aims to inspire a passion for life, joy, and fulfillment through engaging in home play outside of session to offer practical and accessible coping skills.

Embodied Clinical Supervision
A Somatic Integrative Relational Dance
A dynamic relationship between supervisor and supervisee based on support, not authority; recognizing that bodily autonomy fosters empowerment; and encouraging supervisees to develop bodily awareness through movement and dialogue for personal growth and enhanced clinical insight.
Supervision sessions involve regular meetings where the supervisor facilitates the supervisee's engagement with clients and clinical themes, supports their therapeutic style development, and provides containment as they explore biases, triggers, and boundary issues.
Chi for Two Embodiment Coaching

Why Chi for Two?

People are feeling anxious and depressed—struggling in their relationships with parents, spouses, children and business associates. New science helps us understand why things are getting on our last nerve.

Scientist Stephen Porges created polyvagal theory. Polyvagal theory helps us recognize anxiety and depression as symptoms of trauma.

When we experience trauma, our bodies create nervous system patterning that gets passed down over generations. When our ancestors experienced trauma, their bodies created nervous system patterning that got passed down to us.

Chi for Two partner practices help us heal multi-generational trauma.

Helping Professionals of all disciplines can benefit from a deeper understanding of the "dance" they do with their clients. This is true whether the clients are individuals, couples, families or businesses.
